The Air King ESDQ1246 Under Cabinet 24-Inch Range Hood is an efficient, Energy Star qualified solution for under cabinet kitchen ventilation. This range hood features an electronically balanced twin centrifugal blower with a 3-speed control switch. At an operating speed of 150-CFM (cubic feet per minute) at 1.5-Sones and 41.0-watts, the sound level is similar to that of a running refrigerator, while still providing enough ventilation required for typical cooking. When you need added ventilation, the medium speed setting of 200-CFM and the high speed setting at 270-CFM (4.0-Sones) can handle the task. Included with this range hood is an easy-to-remove grease filter to trap grease and other debris to keep your range hood clean. The ESDQ1246 features added lighting with the 26-watt, 4-pin high efficiency fluorescent lamp that is California Title 24 Residential Lighting Standard compliant, as well as the option for a 4-watt nightlight (bulb not included). This unit allows for convertible ducting with the included duct adapter and damper. Choose between vertical and horizontal ducting measuring 3-1/4-inches by 10-inches or ductless operation with the removable front vent. Vertical performance provides 270-CFM at 4.0-Sones for the high speed setting and 150-CFM at 1.5-Sones and 41.3-watts on the low speed setting. Please note that the ductless configuration does not meet Energy Star qualifications and requires CF-01 Charcoal Oder Filters that are not included. The ESDQ1246 measures 24-inches wide by 7-1/2-inches high by 18-1/2-inches in depth, has a 24-gauge steel construction with a black finish and comes with all of the necessary mounting screws and instruction sheets for an easy installation process. The Air King ESDQ1246 Energy Star Under Cabinet Range Hood comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
